Look for the SGR mark and dedicated barcode on the label.
Return route
How to get the refund
Return the empty, unflattened package to an automatic or manual SGR return point.
- Check that the mark, wording and barcode match the local scheme.
- Empty the container and keep it in the condition required by the system.
- Confirm that the selected retailer, machine or redemption point accepts the format.
Important limit
Packaging without the mark or with an unreadable barcode may be rejected.
