Return route
How to get the refund
Return empty and undamaged to a participating shop, manual point or reverse-vending machine.
- Check that the mark, wording and barcode match the local scheme.
- Empty the container and keep it in the condition required by the system.
- Confirm that the selected retailer, machine or redemption point accepts the format.
Important limit
Glass and dairy containers are outside the main scheme scope.
